1 sm. pkg. instant pistachio pudding 1 (16 oz.) can chunky pineapple 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1 c. shredded coconut 1 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped 12 to 16 oz. non-dairy whipped topping, thawed 1 c. miniature marshmallows Blend in whipped topping and marshmallows and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. It serves 12 or more. |
