MICROWAVE CHICKEN & STUFFING 
1 pkg. (6 oz.) saucepan stuffing
1 1/2 c. water
1 can (4 oz.) mushroom pieces, drained
2 1/2 to 3 lb. frying chicken, cut up
1/4 c. butter
Salt, pepper and paprika

Combine stuffing mix (with seasoning), water and mushrooms in 12 x 8 inch glass baking dish. Arrange chicken pieces skin-side-up over stuffing. Drizzle melted butter over chicken. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Cover with wax paper. Microwave 30 to 35 minutes until chicken is done.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
