MEXICAN TORTE 
4 lg. 8" flour tortillas
1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 lb. ground round
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (15 oz.) can Hunts tomato sauce special
1 env. taco seasoning
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

Spray a 9 inch pie pan with vegetable spray and set aside. In a large skillet brown pork sausage and ground round. Add onion and cook for 1 minute longer. Add tomato sauce and seasoning. Cook for 10 minutes over low heat.

Place a flour tortilla in the pie pan and top with 1/4 of the meat mixture and 1/4 of the cheese. Continue to make a total of 4 layers. Bake for 15 minutes in a 375 degree preheated oven. Cut in wedges to serve.
