EASY MEXICAN SKILLET 
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
2 c. stewed tomatoes
1 c. tomato sauce
1/2 c. sour cream

Lightly brown meat; drain off excess fat. Add onion and green pepper. Cook until tender. Stir in next 6 ingredients. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Stir in sour cream; heat through. Pass grated cheese. Serves 5.

So easy and gets raves every time. I often use garlic and 1/2 hamburger and rotel works well for tomatoes. Jim B.
