CHICKEN SALAD STRUT 
1 lg. chicken, cooked
1/8 c. salad oil
1/8 c. orange juice
1/8 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. mandarin orange sections
1 1/2 c. pineapple tidbits
1 1/2 c. green grapes
1 c. slivered almonds, toasted
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1 1/4 c. rice, cooked & cooled
1 pt. mayonnaise (some may prefer less mayonnaise)
Left over turkey, can be used instead of chicken
