CHICKEN BREAST SALAD 
8 boned, cooked chicken breast halves
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. paprika
3/4 to 1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 to 3/4 c. salad oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. grated lemon
2 finely chopped green onions
1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted

Mix first 6 ingredients and pour over cooked chicken breasts. Marinate until thoroughly chilled (overnight). Mix next 5 ingredients and spread on top of each chicken breast just before serving. Top with toasted almonds. Garnish with tomatoes, avocados, ripe olives. Serves 8.
