CHICKEN BREASTS CONNIE'S WAY 
4 half chicken breasts
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. green onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, diced
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 bunch broccoli
1 can cling peach halves
Parmesan cheese

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Melt butter in a frying pan and stir in the onion and garlic; cook them until soft. Add paprika to the mixture. Add the chicken and cook partially, coating well in the paprika mixture. Place in a 9 x 12 inch glass pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix mayonnaise and sour cream - set aside. Steam broccoli to al dente. Place hot, drained broccoli alongside the chicken in the glass pan. Arrange the peach halves atop the chicken halves. Cover all with the sour cream mixture. Broil for 5-8 minutes until speckled brown. Makes 4 servings.
