LONDON BROIL WITH CREAMY
LOUISANA MARINADE
 
2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. Creole OR grainy mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. minced fresh basil OR 1/4 tsp. dried
1 tsp. minced fresh oregano OR 1/4 tsp. dried
1 tsp. minced fresh rosemary OR 1/4 tsp. dried
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 green onions, minced
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne

In medium bowl, whisk all ingredients together. For best flavor store overnight. Coat meat with marinade on both sides. Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight. Barbecue as usual - slice on an angle. Also good on seafood, poultry and vegetables.
