CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
1/2 lb. chicken breast, marinated in 1 tsp. sugar & 1/4 c. soy sauce
1 sm. head lettuce
2 tbsp. sesame seed, browned
1/4 c. almonds
4 green onions
1/4 pkg. 9can) fried noodles

DRESSING:

1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. MSG
1/4 c. salad oil

After chicken has marinated for 2 hours, cook however you like (bake, broil, micro). Cool then shred. Mix together lettuce, almonds, sesame seeds, onion and chicken. Just before serving add noodles and dressing. Toss together and serve. Serves 6.
