CHICKEN SALAD WITH APPLES 
2/3 c. raisins
2 c. cold cooked diced chicken
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2/3 c. diced apples
1/2 c. diced pineapple
2/3 c. mayonnaise

Steam raisins until plump. Combine chicken, celery, nuts, apples and pineapple. Moisten with mayonnaise, mixing lightly with 2 forks. Serve in crisp lettuce cups. Yield: 6 servings.
