BROCCOLI FETTUCCINE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. med. noodles or spaghetti
1/4 c. oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed & drained
1/2 c. canned condensed beef or chicken broth, undiluted
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 (8 oz.) carton cottage cheese

Cook noodles according to directions on package. Drain. Saute garlic and broccoli in hot oil, stirring for 5 minutes. Add broth, basil and parsley, Parmesan cheese, cottage cheese, salt and pepper. Stir over low heat until blended. Toss broccoli mixture with hot noodles. Turn into heated serving dish.
