PETE'S BBQ CHICKEN 
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. vinegar (white)
2 heaping tbsp. barbecue spice
2 heaping tbsp. red pepper
1 heaping tbsp. seasoned salt
1 heaping tbsp. herb seasoning
2 fryers, cut up

Bring ingredients to a boil. Cook chicken, slowly over charcoal, basting with sauce. Let chicken cool and remove from bones.
