ELEANOR'S REALLY GREAT CHICKEN 
1 (3-3 1/2 lb.) chicken
1 can condensed Golden mushroom soup
1 leek or 1 lg. onion, chopped
1 can chopped mushrooms or 1/2 lb. fresh (fresh are better)
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Arrange chicken pieces in 9 x 13 inch pan. Combine soup, leek or onion, mushrooms and water and lemon juice in medium size bowl. Spoon over chicken pieces. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until chicken is tender and richly browned.
