POULTRY TETRAZZINI 
5 tbsp. butter
2 c. chicken or turkey broth
1 c. light cream
1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 (6 oz.) box cooked spaghetti
2 c. chopped chicken or turkey
Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Melt butter. Add flour, salt, pepper and blend well. Add turkey or chicken broth and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick. Add cream.

Divide sauce in half. To one half add mushrooms and spaghetti. To second part add turkey or chicken. Place alternate layers in a greased casserole. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
