CORN COB JELLY 
12 bright red corn cobs
3 pts. water
1 pkg. powdered fruit pectin
3 c. sugar

Boil broken cobs in water for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and strain liquid. If not 3 cups, add water to make 3 cups. Add pectin and bring to a rolling boil. Add sugar and boil 2 to 3 minutes or until jelly stage. Pour into clean jars and seal with paraffin.
