BACON AND CHEESE OVEN OMELET 
12 slices bacon
6 slices process cheese
8 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk

Cook bacon; drain. Curl 1 slice, chop 4 slices, leave the rest whole. Cut cheese slices in halves; arrange in the bottom of a lightly buttered 9-inch pie pan.

Beat together eggs and milk with fork. Add chopped bacon. Pour over cheese and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Arrange whole bacon slices on top of omelet around curl. Bake 10 minutes longer. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
