AUNT DOROTHY'S CHEESE CAKE 
1 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1/2 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (12 oz.) can Carnation evaporated milk, well chilled
1/3 c. graham cracker crumbs

Dissolve Jello and sugar in boiling water. Break up cream cheese and add to Jello and sugar mixture. Add vanilla. Allow Jello to cool to room temperature. In a chilled bowl, whip evaporated milk until light and fluffy. Fold in Jello mixture and spread in 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs and chill until firm.
