EASTER BREAD 
5 lbs. flour
2 c. sugar
1 lb. butter, soft
1 cake yeast
9 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. anise seeds

Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water with a pinch of sugar. Mix all ingredients together and let rise 1 hour or more if needed. Dough should be soft. Roll and twist dough. Let rise 1/2 hour. Bake at 300 degrees for 50 minutes.
