DILLY CASSEROLE BREAD 
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. cream cottage cheese heated to lukewarm
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. minced onion
2 tsp. dill seed
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 egg, beaten
2 1/4 or 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour

Soften yeast in warm water. In mixing bowl combine cottage cheese, sugar, onion, butter, dill seed, salt, soda, egg, and yeast. Gradually add flour to form a stiff dough, beating after each addition. Cover; let rise in warm place until double, 50-60 minutes. Stir dough with a spoon.

Place in a well-greased 8-inch round casserole (1 1/2 to 2-quart). Let rise in a warm place until double. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake until brown 40-50 minutes. Brush with butter; sprinkle with coarse salt.
