BROCCOLI AND BEEF CASSEROLE 
2 tubes crescent rolls
2 lbs. lean ground beef
Onion
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. milk
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. broccoli
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese

Layer 1 tube crescent rolls in bottom of 9"x13" pan.

Brown ground beef and onion. Add cream cheese and milk. Simmer 15 minutes. Put together cooked broccoli and shredded cheese and put on top of rolls. Layer other package rolls on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 8 to 10 large pieces for meal. Could be cut smaller for appetizers.
