ZUCCHINI SPOON BREAD CASSEROLE | |
5 med. zucchini cubed (leave skin on) 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1 1/2 c. Bisquick 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. oregano 3 eggs, beaten with 1/2 c. oil Place ingredients in greased casserole and mix. Add eggs beaten with oil. Mix thoroughly. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. |
