CARAMEL CANDY 
1 box brown sugar
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. canned milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Stir contents slowly on simmer until dissolved. Add a dash of salt. Let come to boil, then thicken. (Cook about 4 minutes.) Remove from heat and let set to cool slightly, then beat cool so it will be light. Add teaspoon of vanilla.
