CROCK POT STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lbs. stew meat or round steak, sliced
1 env. Lipton onion soup
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1 (12 oz.) pkg. noodles

Trim fat off meat. Place meat in crock pot and top with dry soup mix to coat the meat. Pour mushroom soup and mushroom pieces over meat. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours. Add sour cream 1/2 hour before serving. Cook noodles separately, add and serve.

Also good served over a bed of rice.
