CARAMEL NUT FUDGE 
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. molasses
1 c. cream
2 heaping tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. nuts

Cook all together until it forms a soft ball in cold water. If it curdles add a pinch of salt while cooking. Add extract and nuts. Pour into buttered dish.
