2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. pineapple syrup
1 tbsp. butter
Dash of salt
3/4 c. chilled whipping cream

Mix all ingredients, except whipping cream in saucepan. Heat just to boiling, stir constantly. Cool. Beat whipping cream in chilled small mixer bowl until stiff. Fold in egg mixture.
