1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. sifted confectioners sugar
1/3 c. evaporated milk

Melt chips over hot, not boiling, water. Remove from heat; add sugar and milk alternately to the melted chocolate. Beat until smooth and satiny. Makes enough for an 8-inch square cake.
