BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
6 slices bread, buttered
1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Parmesan cheese
Bacon

Place bread in a 9x13 baking pan, buttered side down. Spread shredded cheese over it. Mix together eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper; pour over bread and cheese. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.

In the morning, fry bacon until crisp enough to handle. Place bacon crumbs over mixture and replace foil. Bake at 300 to 325 degrees for 1 hour. Remove foil for the last 10-15 minutes.
