MINT CHIP BROWNIES 
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. all-purpose flour
6 tbsp. Hershey's cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 2/3 c. (10 oz. pkg.) mint chocolate chips

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan. In small mixer bowl beat eggs well, gradually beat in sugar. Blend melted butter and vanilla. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt, add to egg mixture, beating thoroughly. Stir in chips. Spread batter in pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or just until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool completely in pan, cut in squares.
