CABBAGE AU GRATIN 
1 med. head cabbage, coarsely chopped and cooked
2 c. white sauce
3/4 c. grated cheddar cheese
3 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Salt and paprika to taste

Place a layer of cooked, chopped cabbage into a buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese, paprika, and salt, and cover with a layer of white sauce. Repeat layers until all ingredients have been used, ending with a layer of white sauce. Mix cracker crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over top of cabbage. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven until crumbs are browned and casserole is bubbly, about 15-20 minutes.
