CHEESY POTATOES 
5 med. potatoes, peeled and cut like French fries
Oleo
4 slices cheese
Salt
Pepper

Arrange potatoes in the center of a large square of heavy duty foil. Salt and pepper to taste. Dot with butter. Break up cheese slices and place on potatoes. Fold foil over potatoes and seal. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Be careful of the steam when you open the foil.
