HOT MUSTARD SAUCE 
1 1/4 cups milk
1/4 cup Gulden's Spicy Brown Mustard
3 tablespoons vinegar
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 to 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Hot pepper sauce, to taste

Place milk, mustard, vinegar, brown sugar, cornstarch, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper into a saucepan, and beat using a wire whisk until well blended.

Simmer over low heat, beating constantly, until mixture comes to a boil and thickens. Reduce heat and simmer for another 1 to 2 minutes.

Season with hot pepper sauce. Serve hot with meat or fish.

Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
