CHEESE BALL 
2 (4 1/4 oz.) cans deviled ham
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (4 oz.) pkg. dry ranch style dressing mix
1/2 c. tomato, diced
1/2 c. dried green pepper
2 c. (8 oz.) Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. roasted, unsalted sunflower seeds
2 tbsp. onions, chopped (if desired)

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except sunflower seeds. Refrigerate until firm enough to handle. Form into a ball and roll in sunflower seeds. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 1 large or 2 small balls.
