BEEFSTEAK PIE 
5 oz. pkg. croutons
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/4 c. barbeque sauce
6 thick tomato slices
2 eggs
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. minced onion

Mix all but 1 cup of croutons with 1 egg and 1/2 cup hot water. Press into greased pie plate and set aside. Mix remaining croutons, 1 egg, 1 cup Cheddar cheese, ground beef, barbeque sauce and onion together. Press this mixture into the crouton crust. Place slices of tomato on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Top with 1/2 cup of cheese and bake 2 minutes longer. Serves 6.
