OVEN CHIPPED POTATOES 
4 med. to lg. potatoes, sliced thin
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper

In a large shallow greased baking dish, arrange potato slices in layers. Melt butter in small saucepan. Add onion, salt, and pepper. Pour over potato slices. Bake at 425 degrees for 1 hour or until potatoes are crisp and lightly browned. 4-6 servings.
