LEEK TART 
150 g. flour
100 g. cream cheese (Topfen), 10% fat
100 g. butter
1 tbsp. salt
750 g. leeks, washed and cut into 2 cm. long pieces
2 eggs
200 g. sour cream
Salt
Pepper
Grated nutmeg
150-200 g. fried pieces smoked ham, cut into little squares (optional)

For crust: Mix flour, cream cheese, butter and salt. Put in greased pie pan and bake for 7-10 minutes at 220 degrees C.

For filling: Place leeks on their ends, not on sides, in the prebaked shell. Mix eggs, sour cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour over the leeks and bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees C. If desired, the fried pieces of smoked ham may be added with the leeks.
