CHOCOLATE ECLAIR PIE 
Graham crackers
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 can chocolate icing

In 9x13 inch pan, lay whole graham crackers down. Mix puddings, milk and Cool Whip together and pour half of mixture on top of graham crackers. Put another layer of graham crackers and pour remaining mixture on top. Freeze for 1/2 hour, then spread on chocolate icing. Refreeze until ready to use.
