BARBARA MANDRELL CAKE AND
FROSTING
 
1 pkg. butter flavored cake mix-pudding
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 can mandarin oranges, drained (reserve juice)
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix oil, eggs, juice from oranges, cake mix. Mix well, then add oranges and nuts. Bake as directed on box.

FROSTING:

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
1 (4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 c. thawed Cool Whip

Fold pudding powder and pineapple and juice into Cool Whip. Frost cooled cake and refrigerate.
