B.B.Q. CHICKEN | |
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard 2 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. molasses Dash of Tabasco 1/4 c. ketchup 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 clove garlic, minced 8 skinned chicken breasts or thighs In a large bowl, mix together everything but meat. Use as marinade for chicken. Marinade for 1 hour (or less, if necessary). Remove chicken and reserve remaining marinade. Barbecue or broil chicken for 10 minutes. Turn and coat chicken with marinade and continue cooking until done. Heat reserved marinade to boiling. Simmer for 2 minutes and spoon over chicken before serving. Serves 8. 1 breast-165 calories; 1 thigh-150 calories; 8 saturated fat calories; 14 saturated fat calories. |
