BEEF VEGETABLE CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 can tomato soup 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 3 c. thin sliced potatoes 1 c. celery 1 onion, cut fine 1 sm. green pepper, chopped fine Brown beef and add tomato soup and spices, bring to a boil. In a 2-quart casserole, arrange a layer of potatoes, celery, onions and green pepper. Pour beef mixture over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. |
