RICE STEW 
Grated cheese
1-2 lbs. tender stew meat
1 lg. can sweet peas or string beans
5-10 carrots or 1 lg. can carrots
1 jar Ragu sauce
Season to taste

Meat can be cut in half and browned. Add sauce. Cook until tender. Add vegetables and keep on low. After adding the sauce boil enough water for 6 people add same amount of rice. Place stew on rice. Sprinkle with cheese. Serves 4.
