CHEESY SWEET CORN SPOONBREAD 
Recipe found on Krusteaz Honey Cornbread box. This recipe is not on the Krusteaz website, so I thought I would share it here.

1 pkg. Krusteaz Honey Cornbread & Muffin Mix
1 can (14 3/4 oz) can cream-style corn
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
1 cup dairy sour cream
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In large bowl, stir together all ingredients until well blended. Pour into lightly greased 9x9-inch baking pan.

Bake at 350°F for 48 to 52 minutes. Top with additional cheddar cheese, if desired. Let sit 5 minutes before serving.

Makes 12 servings.
