MARY'S JELLO SALAD 
16 oz. can crushed pineapple (in own juice)
1 lg. box sugar free orange Jello
2 c. buttermilk
8 oz. carton whipped topping
1/2 c. chopped pecans, if desired

Bring pineapple (do not drain) to boil, stir in the Jello to dissolve. Cool. Add buttermilk; mix. Mix in the thawed whipped topping. Chill.
