CHERYL HENRY'S CHEESE CAKE 
(Use spring form pan). Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST:

Blend 1 3/4 cups of graham cracker crumbs with 1/4 cup sugar nd 1/2 cup (might need more) butter (or a combination of both). Press firmly against bottom and up a little on sides of pan. Bake crust for 5 minutes prior to pouring in filling.

FILLING:

3 eggs
2 pkgs. cream cheese (8 oz. each), softened
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 qt. sour cream (32 oz.)

Combine eggs, cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Blend in sour cream. Pour into crust. Bake for 1 hour. When cold, add fruit topping (cherry-blueberry pie filling).
