HENRI'S PETITE CHERRY CHEESECAKE 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 eggs
24 paper baking cups
24 round vanilla wafers
e.g. Nabisco "Nilla"
1 can (21 oz.) cherry pie filling

Mix together until smooth cream cheese and lemon juice. Add sugar and vanilla, beat in eggs until smooth. Line muffin tins with 24 paper baking cups. Place a vanilla wafer in each. Spoon batter into cups dividing evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool. Spoon cherry filling over top of each cup.
