PECAN SANDS | |
1/2 c. butter 1/4 c. unsifted powered sugar 1/4 tsp. vanilla 1 1/4 c. sifted cake flour 1 c. pecans Cream butter - add powdered sugar. Gradually add sifted cake flour. Blend well. Stir in vanilla and pecans. Roll into one inch balls or strips. Bake at 350 degrees for 6 to 10 minutes. Roll while hot into powdered sugar. Cool and eat. Makes 1 batch. Enjoy!! |
