LEMON BASIL 
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tbsp. dried basil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb.)

Combine oil, lemon juice, white vinegar, dried basil, garlic, salt and pepper in a shallow baking dish. Add chicken and turn to marinate both sides. Refrigerate about one hour. Grill or broil chicken about 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
