CHEESE BISCUITS 
2 c. self-rising flour
1 stick butter (right from refrigerator)
1/3 lb. N.Y. Stage sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Milk (1 tbsp. at a time)

Blend butter into flour with pastry blender. Add Cheddar cheese. Mix with milk (1 tablespoon at a time) to make firm dough. Flour dough and make into round balls. Grease cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees 12 to 13 minutes. Can put stuffed olive in center.
