PASTA 
3 eggs
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. flour (approx. or more)

Beat together eggs, oil and salt. Add approximately 2 1/2 cups flour, or more, until a firm dough forms. Knead for 8 to 10 minutes.

OR:

Combine ingredients in Cuisinart with steel blade and process for approximately 60 seconds. Add flour, 1 tablespoon at a time until dough is firm and in a ball.
