BAKED GREEN BEANS 
1 lb. (or more) green beans (fresh, uncooked)
4 green peppers, chopped
4 onions, chopped

Grease casserole dish. In layers, place FRESH, UNCOOKED string beans, chopped green peppers, chopped onions, salt, paprika and butter. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake covered 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. (The green peppers and onions cook away to nothing leaving the green beans delicious flavored.)
