FREEZING BELL PEPPERS 
These keep very well and are great to have on hand. Add to casseroles, omelets, and sauces.

bell peppers (any color)

Cut around stem and remove. Cut pepper in half. Remove seeds and ribs (the white spongy parts). Rinse clean. Cut into strips or cubes. Freeze in Ziploc storage bags.

Tip: If stuck together after freezing, just hit the bag on the counter to break up. Or tap with a can or rolling pin.
